With a love of design and problem solving, I receive great satisfaction when I can assist with the creation of a concept for my clients which either enhances their own ideas or solves a dilemma when they are struggling with the brief. Quite often a client has an idea in their head but struggles to articulate or visualize it, which is where my role starts.
My emphasis is on working closely with the client to ensure that the structure they require fits with their needs, provides functionality and blends effortlessly with the existing home or structure whilst at the same time remaining within budget where possible. Once the client is completely comfortable with the final design and quote, follow up and customer service are paramount, from initial design, through to council applications, insurance, ordering of materials, installation and final cleanup.
