Hi Martin, I am very pleased with the result - it does indeed look great.  The locals who pass up and down our street to go to the dog park with their dogs, also think it looks great!  There's been a fair bit of interest as the job progressed.

As with most people looking to undertake substantial home improvement works, we had some trepidation regarding the ease with which the works would be undertaken.  Some firms who quoted for these works appeared to confirm our fears by not listening to our requests, or suggesting potential increases in cost even before the works had started.  You quickly dispelled our fears by incorporating our requests and being up front with costs for alternative ways of achieving what we wanted. 

We would wholeheartedly recommend you to others embarking on similar works.  It is difficult to predict what the quality of the completed job will be when comparing quotes.  You live up to your claims of high standard workmanship for reasonable cost.
