This Hip & Gable Carport was built in one of Ballarats oldest and beautiful streets. Lacework for the carport was matched by Chatterton Lacework by making moulds from the original lacework on the front verandah of the house. We quickly got the planning permit for the owners by demonstrating to the council on how it complimented the house and enhanced the streetscape. Pool area gazebo. Merbau & hardwood framed. (5.4m x 4.5m)	Alloy framed patio over pool, with nature reed bamboo screening on top, for filtered light. Designed for installation of polycarbonate roof section later on if required.	Clients Paul & Tracey love bamboo, and have an asian inspired entertaining area, that encompases the pool. When they wanted to provide sun protection from late afternoon sun, we have selected nature reed screening mounted on top of a new alloy framed pergola. Timeless classic lines, corrosion free, with the natural bamboo look, creates an inviting area.
Large timber framed patio with full insualted ceiling, and skylight panels. patio runs full length of house, (over 18 metres) and averages 4.5 metres wide	Timber patio, fully insualted, with ceiling. Over 18 metres across rear of house, it spans 5.4m for a large section, tapering down to 3.4 metres.	Timber framed patio, desned to be single span, and carry traffic. Gutter at rear of house was replaced with high capacity, to stop overflows int othe space. Skylights positioned for winter light into the house.
Timber deck with Firmlok patio roof frame, and Suntuff sheeting...	Timber deck and handrails, Firmlok patio with Suntuff Solar Smart roofing. Also installed new guttering on house. Stainless wire balustrae looks great !	Timber deck again. Special order decking at 135mm wide used to great effect.
C Section steel carport for full height caravan. Carport is nealry 8m long, and 5m wide. 1 wall added.	Entrance Arbour, built in hardwood, and designed to have palnts go over it. Owners Jeff & Bev, wantged a stylish grand entrance, and will be concreting path, and changing garden beds, and garden edges to suit	Hardwood timber arbour, designed to identify and scale the front entrance to the house. Garden makeover to follow not this has been completed.
Gable C Section steel carport, with bullnose to match house. Bullnose height set to disguise structure from road, which is lower than house.	Rebuild of deck that had rotten deck boards, and joists nearly as bad. Some beams replaced. New handrails installed to existing stairs. Additional posts need to be added.	Rebuild of timber deck, with new joists, decking and handrails. Intersting job, with lots of issues to be corrected. House guttering replaced at same time.
Rebuild of timber deck. Note bracing to deck joists, to improve access and increase useable space underneath.	Flat hip carport, attached to older Queenslander. Designed to compliment house, haad a lot of issues in relation to attaching to the house.	Freestanding deck with ramp to suit motorised sccoter or wheelchair. Decking material is treated pine, and roof / ceiling is insulated with aircell. Perfect for those hot Qld days, when there is no breeze in the house.
